Evolution
The Central [main] Olympic Stadium is a refurbished stadium offering all modern amenities to the athletes. It was constructed in 1982 and got a general “lifting” before the Athens Olympics in 2004 when the gigantic roof designed by world class architect Santiago Calatrava was added.
